"Forum Administration" Looks like you don't know many answers?????

By the looks of your responses, it doesn't appear that you can help anyone. Most of these questions are within your topics of discussion. And no, i sure don't want to come and see one of your physicians. I also called and wanted someone to call me back, I AM STILL WAITING.

Dear Mr. McKinney
When we initially conceived the Urology Forum we could not imagine that if would be so popular. There have been in excess of 68,000 hits and lately over 200 questions per month. We have been forced to change the Forum as I noted in my “Forum Administration” response. We humanly cannot answer the great volume of questions that have been addressed to us. We take care of patients all day and answer questions after hours. It is not that your question is not a good one, it is just that we have had to change from an open forum to one dealing with specific areas of concern. I do not know of an alternative forum to which you might address your question, but you might consider a frank discussion with your physician or researching your concern in the many other superb areas of the Med Help Web site.
The topics addressed are listed on the Forum Registration page. Here, in red letters, it states that the forum topics are limited
I cannot ask you to be happy with this change, only understanding.
As to our failure to respond to your telephone request, I cannot comment meaningfully. Our staff who take care of these calls through the 800-653-6568 number are quite competent and thorough. They undoubtedly made a mistake in your case. Please call again and allow us to help you with your problem
Sincerely,
HFHS M.D.-SAL
