hi doc. my question is when i get a erection my right testicul go's up in side of me .and you cant see it.and its painfulPainful menstrual periods. whats going on with it and way?
Firstly, you’re suffering from retractile testes and normally retractile testes are painless but in case they are painful, then definitely there’s something abnormal. The pain in the testes could be due to testicular torsion in which there’s a twisting of the testicle. Other causes like orchitis, kidney stone etc should also be ruled out. Please consult a urologist for the same and seek treatment. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
