you might have an infection.look in the telephone book under physicians-doctors.find a general practitioner or family doctor or urologist and call the number in the book tell them the problem and they will make you an appointment.go to the doctors office on the day of the appointment and they will give you a prescription if you need it.if you do need one take it to the pharmacy and pay for whatever they give you.you might also need money for the doctors visit unless your parents have health insurance.if they have health insurance you need to take a card that your parents have to the doctors for payment.if you live in a country with state health insurance it will be covered by them.

if you are having problems with your penis you should make an appointment with a urologist.you probably don't need a hospital unless this is an emergency.
