I am 61 years old and am in excellent health. I do not take any prescription medicines of any kind. i do take a variety of natural herbal vitamines and minerals. Just recently i have noticed that my seman is no longer white and thick but now is very runny and appears to have urine in it. i am wondering what might be causing this?

Infection can cause a change in semen character.  Testing the urine, or sending off the semen for analysis can be considered to evaluate this.

You can also consider a digital rectal exam to evaluate the prostate, as prostatitis can occasionally present this way as well.

You may want to discuss these options with a urologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
