Now semen count only 5 million it is reduce zero in future please how to improve semen count actually how many semen count need to pregnant .

How are you?A semen analysis evaluates certain characteristics of a man's semen and the sperm contained in the semen. Sperm count measures how many sperm are in a man's ejaculate. Anything over 20 million sperm per millilitre is considered normal. Anything less is considered oligospermia.
For evaluating the sperm, it's count , motility and morphology are taken into consideration.So, fertility issues depend upon all these factors.
Factors influencing sperm count are alcohol, smoking, stress,obesity. Practise regular exercise, yoga, nutritious food,avoid sauna and hot baths.
