semens after stool pass

Hello,

I am facing a problem for quite long time, that sometimes after stool pass kind of semens comes out from penis ? I am 28 yrs old

Anyidea why I am facing this problem ?

what do you mean, its normal ? can you please let me know the reason, why it happends `? surprised me when you say most men have this problem, as I have not much found on net for this problem......

most men have this problem and never notice.it is normal.

Hi,

Infections of the prostate may present with frequency in urination,pain in urination that may be associated with straining during urination and decreased urinary flow.An enlarged prostate may present similarly. A urinalysis and urine culture ( after milking the prostate) may be able to help determine if an infection is present.A rectal examination will be able to determine any possible enlargement or irregularities in the prostate.

At this point , we can not tell if the prostate is directly involved given only the symptom you have posted.You may discuss this with your physician so that  other underlying causes may be ruled out.

This does not happends always, but sometimes when I feel to go, but cant go urgently as of my work requirements or due to other reason. so if I have to wait quite long, then this while semens comes form penis.....

I had a medical check-up with my internist and he did a Lactose test, ( so cant use the milk products etc ) and other to that I have gasstric issue,...

Do you think its due to prostrate problem that I have this discharge ?

Hi,

Do this happen each time you pass stools or only when you strain too hard?

Do you have other associated problems like pain in urination or difficulties with sexual functions?

For how long have you experienced this?

I suggest you seek consult with a urologist if this has been a persistent condition.What you may think as semen may actually be secretion from the Cowper's gland and is not semen. I am not exactly sure what causes this if this is indeed semen. However, it would be of interest to read on Dhat syndrome and discuss this with your physician also.

This does not sound like an urgent case however, a complete assessment is still necessary.
