severe teratospermia -

My wife and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years, 5 failed IUI. I Got HCG injection and motility increased from 25% to 62%, but morphology remains low.
Prior wash numbers;
Volume: 1.5 ml
Concentration: 66 million/ml
Motility: 62%
Progression: 2
Total motile Count: 61.4 million
Strict Morphological Criteria: 2% normal, Amorphous head = 70%, Acrosome defect = 28%.
No varicocele (Ultrasound).
Are there any tests that can help identify the reason for low morphology, and what are the treatment protocols to increase the morphology?

There are many possible causes for teratospermia - such as lead poisoning, the use of recreational drugs and bronchiectasis (which is a type of lung disorder).
At this time, I am not aware of specific treatment for teratospermia, other than removing all environmental factors and treating affecting diseases that can lead to teratospermia.
I would consider another opinion to ensure all your options are properly explored.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
