My boyfriend and I are very sexually active, and his penis is quite large.  Saturday I tore the top of my hood (which has happened before) so I took it easy.  By Monday I noticed, in trying to find the tear, I ripped at the top btwn my lips as well.  I shaved the inside of my lips to avoid irritation.  Which helped.  Tuesday I noticed two pimple like sores on either side of my clitoris.  I figured they were ingrown hairs because I'd shaved the day before.  Then it became painful when I sat a certain way so I investigated.  In my opening if searched delicately...there was another cankor like sore.  Since then 2 more sores have appeared on either side.  today at work I out of nowhere began bleeding.  It has stopped as of now, but it's very painful.  I think another sore is setting in on the other side in my opening.  When I pay attention to the pain...it feels VERY much like the pain I get if my boyfriend and I have sex really consistently...as if I've rubbed it raw.  I get checked regularly through my health department and just had an exam in April and passed with flying colors.  My boyfriend was with me then...and is with me now.  We both have been faithful.  I want to say it's merely an infection because I would have had no reason to have any sort of STD.  I've talked to my boyfriend and he has never had anything.  The sores sometimes are white on top, but not always.  they are light pink around the rim, which is why I say just like a cankor sore.  I'm worried that there may be something wrong, but confident it can't be an STD.  I have never once had any sores down there before.  There is nothing on the outside...just right in the opening and on the sides.  Beyond the abnormal bleeding this morning...there is a discharge...slightly yellow but not too different than normal.  there is little to no smell...and if there is it's by no means strong or "fishy"  I called my health dept and have an appt with the doctor next week...but I am generally concerned and not sure what is wrong.  The random bleeding concerns me.  I'm between cycles now...it's not to hit for 2.5 weeks and I have never had abnormal cycles.  I have been on birth control for 5 years and am very dedicated.  Right now as I type, the pain is not present...if I was to get up and walk around, it would be hurt.  I haven't had a cankor sore in my mouth for months and have hardly ever gotten them my entire life...and I don't believe my boyfriend has had them either.  He has no sores on his genitals...and has had no problems.  I strongly doubt this is an STD...i have done nothing for that to be a factor...unless i can just pick it up from anywhere... Like I said...Nothing appeared until after I ripped after intercourse...so I'm wondering if it got infected and since then has worsened.  I attempt to clean it whenever possible...but with no avail.  any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Without seeing the lesion, it is impossible to say what it is.  Here are some possibilities.

Certainly mechanical trauma from intercourse could cause local skin irritation.  If there is any break in the skin, that raises the risk of a cellulitis (skin infection).  Also, if there is an infected hair follicle, that can also cause skin irritation and discomfort.  

There are a variety of genital lesions that are also possible.  These include chancroid, herpes or syphillis.  They can be properly evaluated and diagnosed by viral cultures, gram staining or blood tests.

Wart-appearing lesions include genital warts caused by human papillomaviruses or molluscum.  These would need to be evaluated by a physician.

Apologies for being so vague, but without seeing the lesion, it is impossible to be more specific.
