spermatocele or cyst

I just turned 15 on april 3 and Back in october of 2008 a lump or ball the size of a testicle appeared in my scrotum along my right vas deferin. i do remember it going away for a week near the end of october but it came back and i do believe it got bigger. after a while id forget about it close my legs tight and i noticed it could move up and down inside of me then back down into my scrotum right now it's about the size of a golf ball. im just wondering what this could be. I've read stuff about cyst and spermatocele that sound like this.
