still having the feeling of needing to urinate frquently

So I saw my doctor again my urine came back saying there was no infection, but the doctor said sense I was just on antibiotics that matbe thats why it may not have shown up. So he said to give it a few days and if the feeling continues to go to a lab and get another urinalisis and go from there, any comfort you can offer would be appreciated. I have a anxiety disirder and this is really freaking me out.Thank you.

Hello,
It is true that infection does not often show up on urine examination if you are already on antibiotics. Wait out a few days and if the symptoms persist then get a repeat urine examination and culture done after stopping antibiotics for a few days. Also since you are a female, if you are sexually active then chances of pregnancy are there and it may cause increased frequency of urination.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
