Hey guys any update on this ? OP ?
Is this even a real condition ? I don't find anyone around the internet to have this issue, can anyone post a link if they found ? thanks
Updates please
Guys, there is light at the end of this tunnel.
I suffer from this and got 95% recovered by simply treating my pelvic floor dysfuction with the help of a Physical Therapist and, the MOST MOST important thing: Relaxation of my entire body (so my injury could heal)
I'm still in treatment, I recovered most of my lenght and girth -I only lost 0.4 cm in lenght and about the same in girth (but maybe I will get it back since I am not fully recovered yet)-
It was a long way, it took a lot of time, I suffered from enourmous episodes of stress, depression, bad thoughts about my existence but, it got better.
Since I am still in 95% of recovery, I often got "relapses" due to episodes of stress or intrusive thoughts.
However, be prepared to face that those "relapses" are not going to be permanent and just relax -sounds silly to say since it is quite difficult to relax during this journey, but I bet you can-
I sincerely hope you guys all the best, you CAN and WILL overcome this but do not expect healing in 1 week, it will often take months or even more.
You absolutely can cure this, do not give up.
Kind regards, you and I are currently healing.
I have this condition, Urologists can't detect anything wrong, is OP still around? Any news?
I am 21 years old, and I stretched my flaccid penis hard during masturbation. Although I did not notice any pop, I have all the same symptoms, except the fact that I am completely unable to get an erection by intention. Neither mechanically or psychologically ways of stimulation works. I only experience an erection during the nighttime or maybe in the morning.
I didn't have problems getting it up before this. I feel like this has removed a big part of my life.
Sorry guys, I meant "Parasympathetic Nervous System Activation".
All the best
Guys, this can be healed by Parasympathetic System activation. Was suffering from the same injury for years and finally healed it myself. It usually takes about 7-10 minutes for your PNS to activate once the exercise is started but the more you do it, the better you get at it.
How to activate:
1. Lay down on your bed or couch
2. Start breathing deeply
3. The key to PNS activation is deep relaxation. The best way to achieve this is relaxing one body part at a time. Start with your left leg, in the calf, then move up to the thigh, then your
foot, sole of your foot, toes etc. When I say relax, I mean relax like you have never relaxed the leg before in your Life. Then relax it some more. Then move to the other leg, then your hip muscles, then perineum.
4. It is quite remarkable what happens on a molecular biology level. The more you relax, the more easier it is to relax. After about 7-10 minutes (might be quicker for some guys, might be longer) the relaxed areas will start to heat up in a pleasurable way. And the area(s) injured will start healing. Our body can't do this normally because our Sympathetic Nervous System is always activated throughout the day due to everyday activities. But once the PNS is activated properly, the SNS deactivates temporarily, initiating the healing process.
Keep practicing and doing this once a day and you will become a master at this and this horrible injury will finally heal. It only took about 2 weeks for mine to heal properly. For any further info feel free to Google Parasympathetic Nervous System activation for its benefits.
Wish you all the best guys!
Similar problem.
I tried "Zhan Zhuang". It works for me

Good luck to find a good teacher
I dont know if I have this tear but reading this makes me diagnose myself with this condition. When I kegal, blood does not fill up in penis when flaccid but I dont know if this is something new for me. Also when erect it seems the head doesnt fill up as much sometimes but I can kegal blood in there and only when I get super excited does head fill with blood. It seems erections are harder to come by these days and harder to keep erect when I have one. But again dont know if this is only from self inflicted erections which dont really excite me. When having sex it seems a lot better because mentally im not into it. I dont think I have a hard flaccid penis. Not sure what that even is but I would think I would know if I did. Sometimes it feels smaller and more retracted than other days. Dont know what dr I could go to to get a real diagnosis. Any suggestions?
Hey guys just want to knkw that is there even a single person who was diagnosed by a doctor with torn superficial fascia?? Because i have read all forums and threads related to this but havent found a single person who was diagnosed with it. Everyone is self diagnosed.hey Medilook!! All these symptoms were told you by doctor or you have wrote by yourself because i am not able to find these on google or anywhere rather they are only on your thread and reading these are really depressing. I do have some like not getting enough blood to glans and flaccid penis feel numb, light and soft like nothing is there but reading these threads making it worse. I not having any urinary problems not even pain anywhere near my genital area. Just not able to get enough blood to my glan and flaccid penis symptoms is that mean i also have torn fascia or just my mind is playing with me because i am searching a lot about it on google.
I went ahead and bought a laser pointer from staples yesterday,
It says on the box
max output <5mW
wavelength 650m nm +10
I don't see the matts though when you were talking about the 100 matt laser
for those of you who just heard a pop and only have problems with your penis I might look into untreated penile fracture or an issue with the penile suspensory ligament
Well I do plan on trying the laser pointer ( I don't think it will work because the muscles and or fascia could of healed improperly I hope I'm work though)
I don't see how a stretching device or a penile extender could provide any relief I don't even get erect with a penis pump and even being on Cialis my erections are still not like they used to be
personally I would like to know is it even possible to do surgery on the colles fascia? How would you test for torn perineal or colles fascia? and well of course how the hell do I get better
because sitting around waiting and going nothing did not work and neither did pelvic floor therapy
There is obviously some sort of abnormality and I believe like the OP says it is located in the perineum and or perineal region
Everyone comes here gives us the bad news, is there no light at the end of this tunnel? Would be nice to hear anything positive, thanks heatherdartmouth.
Anyone else that stumbles on this forum and have had success healing or any kind of improvement with this condition please drop us a note. I have heard some success with stretching devices. Sounds painful and probably something I could never invest 5-6 hours a day in.
Do you know how long the pain lasts? I think this happened to me getting a cystoscopy but it was several months ago. I have not been at full strength since but still functioning normally until a few weeks ago when it really hit hard (no pun intended). I was waiting for my wife and noticed it was falling to the left. It's been downhill ever since. Have big dent 1/2" up shaft on Left side. Never noticed it but had noticed sharp pain in the head for months.
I have seen the urologist and he told me to rub vitamin E on it. Do i just make sure the little guy stays asleep? Every time he wakes up and makes me act frisky it hurts. On a 1-10 pain scale it's a good 7 when he's awake with wife stimulation it hurts for hours to days depending on how much of a workout he gets.
How long, if any length of a rest period would heal it enough for the pain to subside? I would like to try the pointer. Do you have to be careful, can you injure yourself? I think you said to move it around in a quarter size circle. Is that it?
Thanks
Same issues here. Had an ultrasound not expecting anything conclusive. Any updates? Lets bump and keep trying to figure out a cure!
see my comment earlier re lasers. they really speed up healing of torn fascias and are non invasive
have a boo at the comment i already left, some possible use for you there
back pain? if you have groin pain in the diagonal crease of the hip, then check out the sacroiliac joint. but if the pain is in the genitals, then one needs to look at nasty disc conditions. or, you could have two conditions at the same time...
you might consider using a laser pointer (5mWatts) which is what physiotherapists use to heal torn muscles and ligaments. ten minutes per day on the area, moving it here and there to cover an area the size of two quarters. I cannot see any precautions to do that, so you could ask a physiotherapist how they use laser for treatment, to be official about it. And red pointers are available at Staples. it is the exact frequency that physios use (631 nanometers as i recall) and the lower wattage is less taxing on your acupuncture points. If you upgrade to a 100 matt laser, it may heal you faster but it can cause congestion, and i have fabulous results healing torn muscles with a 5mW, so that is what I would be using. I am here trying to figure out what to do with a patient of mine.
Same symptoms here, Chinese, and saw a lot of doctors, all say nothing wrong...
And this linked to my back pain, harder to lift things than before, such a suffering,
And updates?
I just went to some Urologist today for the same issue. He said there's nothing that can be done + plus the fascia "feels" fine to him (IT'S NOT!). I asked for an MRI and he said my insurance wouldn't cover it because I don't need it. And he said an MRI wouldn't change anything because they'll only do surgery if my erect penis is deformed with Peyronie's disease. Then he gave me some Cialis and told me to take it every day (Mo $$$$ for him I guess) as if that would help the structural damage of my injury.
All I want to know is, How do I find a Urologist who will suture my torn fascia??? That's it. That's all.
Hello, I would just like to bump this discussion. I am 22 years old and I have the exact same problem. Needless to say, I'm terrified and depressed. I could really use some reinforcement if anyone has any.
Nothing has changed in my condition, but, my main "theory" if you will, is that the muscles affected are primarily the ischiocavernosus muscles (or IC) and the bulbocavernosus muscles (or BC) (there are 2 on each side left and right in the groin area behind or below ball sac). These muscles are skeletal muscles but they actually cover portions of the erectile tissue in the root or base of the penis. The IC covers what is known as the Crus of Penis (which is beginning of the corpus cavernosum chambers, top two erectile chambers made of smooth muscle that stays contracted partially when flaccid and relaxes and expands with blood when you get erect). The BC covers the corpus spongiosum (which is also smooth muscle and surrounds the urethra [pee tube]). My problem is that some porion of the smooth muscle of the erectile chambers in the base or root of my penis never basically relax or not fully and stay continually contracted, this causes some mild pain but mostly discomfort, and is the reason why I don't get to full length like before the injury. also the IC and BC muscles, I believe some of the tissue may also stay contracted continually and trigger points in the fascia somewhere near them developed also. I really don't know what is keeping it in that condition, nerve or muscle damage or both.
Hey man,
I seem to have many of your same symptoms. I think it may have been caused by over-masturbation. Doctors seem to have no clue. Any updates lately?
