sweell in testis area

i have a problem..please help me.....i noticed just yesterday that on e of my testis has swelled in to double the size of the another one....it is the right side one of the two testis'...there is no pain in any of the testis and iam able to carry out with my daily routines....i want to know whether this is any case of HERNIA....iam only 21 now...and i go to gym regularly and a stidct watcher of my diet...pls help me on this...when i touched it ,its like another testis has grown up in the same chamber...pls help meeeeeeeeeee
