hey doc, thanks for the help in advance I've just been stressing about this. about 5 months ago (mid October) i had unprotected sex with a girl i knew, nothing happened for about 4 months so i thought i was in the clear. then early February i had a burning sensation during urination, it came very suddenly, just woke up one day and it was there; the pain also persisted throughout the day, just not as bad as when i was urinating. I went to get tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV and syphilis and everything came back negative. The pain subsided slowly over few weeks till i could barely notice then last night after i showered my testicles felt very tender, thought it would just go away but it hasn't. I can't tell if my testicles are swollen but they are tender, it also seems that the pain i had previously during urination is almost gone. i searched online and saw that this resembles epididymitis, though without the fever (i haven't really been sick with a fever in about a year). I'm really stressing about this and i would just like to figure out whats wrong and fix it, thanks for the help.
also, is there some other STD i didn't test for that i could have? or am i in the all clear? (std free)

Testing for STDs should indeed be done, with a urethral swab and urine test.
I would also check the prostate. A digital rectal exam and prostatic massage should also be done. Any fluid expressed by the massage should be sent for analysis and culture. A transrectal ultrasound should be done to rule out abscesses.
If the symptoms continue, I would consider a cystoscopy to visualize the lower GU tract.
These options can be discussed with your urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
