testical problem

I'm 33 and have experienced a slight dull pain in the right testical on several occassions but it would always diappear in a day or so. Lately I have had the pain for a few days and I feel some pain in my leg but almost connected somehow to my testical area. The right testical is drawn up some and I have the urge to push it down. Very sore lately. No feel good. Any comments?
