testicle problem

by jpsr, Sep 21, 2009 11:29PM
I am 29 year old. my right testicle is smaller then the left one. Actually the size of my right testicle keeps on changing with respect to my left testicle. I feel pain in the area of lower right side of stomach and it goes to my right testicle. Can you tell me what is the problem an whether it is serious or not. Thanks

Hi,
There can be slight difference in the size of the testicles and nothing to much to worry on the same. The pain which you have described is typical loin to groin pain which occurs in patients of renal/ureteric stone and for the same I’ll suggest getting an ultrasound done and confirm the same. You might need a CT scan in case the ultrasound fails to pick it up. Please do consult a urologist for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
