Hi,
There can be slight difference in the size of the testiclesTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound and nothing to much to worry on the same. The pain which you have described is typical loin to groinGroin lump Groin pain Groin stretch Jock itch Swollen lymph nodes in the groin pain which occurs in patients of renal/ureteric stone and for the same I’ll suggest getting an ultrasound done and confirm the same. You might need a CT scan in case the ultrasound fails to pick it up. Please do consult a urologist for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
