My partner has had several minor spasms since last night that start with his left testicul and range through his left groin and leg midway up to his lowest left front rib. He just had a much more painful and longer lasting spasm.
We did not have sex last night, but we did have oral sex about an hour and a half ago. He ate a light meal and then laid down and that's when the last spasm occurred.
His history is very much that of a kidney stone with referred pain to his testicle. The pain into his leg is, however, far from typical.
I do not think that your sexual activity is related to his pain. Obviously he needs to be seen by a physician to obtain a more definitive diagnosis.
