Hello,
This testicular lump can be an infected hair follicle, infected sebaceous cyst, hydrocele, sprmatocele, loop of bowel from a hernia or infections of the testicles. At such a young age with no other symptoms ,testicular cancer is rare.
Most likely it looks like an infected hair follicle, but if it deep inside the testicles, then other possibilities have to be ruled out.Pls consult a urologist and get an examination done.
