throbbing pain at tip of penis

i am 34, married, only 1 sexual partner throughout my life, anyway a few years ago i had what it looks like a small blood blister at the tip of my penis at the corner of my pee hole. it never bothered me till recently, i have actually tried to remove it when it would get a little bigger, but all it would do is bleed for quite awhile, stop and about a week later the blood blister looking thing would be back. but here lately a little more sexual activity the bump has gotten bigger and now it feels like it throbs with my heart rate, sometimes it gets real uncomfortable at a flacid state. just looking at it it looks like a blood blister the skin on it is semitransparent with blood underneath the thin skin. yes im going tomake an appointment with a urologist but maybe i can get a heads up now.

question about the "blood blister", usuall if you get a blood blister on the hand or something itll go away if popped or relieved of pressure, like i said i had it for atleast 3 or more years and just recent it has a  "throbbing" like pain, and also it is raised, like a mole. when i have cut it or sliced it it was dark red blood, flowing heavily with me concerned greatly at that point. but once the slice sealed and "healed" the raised Blister type look comes back. sexual activity isnt excessive or forceful, once maybe twice a week if IM lucky, but i also notice if my heart rate goes up due to strain or activity it throbs a little more intense, the throbbing started like 3 days ago, as far as sexual activity the most recent "session", last nite it was slightly uncomfortable at my climax. i know around here it takes awhile to get an appointment with what few urologists we do have unfortunately, but if this is a type of blood blister what would a urolist do, like i said i tried removing it twice but it came back, no larger than before but it has gotten bigger right before the throbbing began, thanks for your attention in this matter.

Hi,
A blood blister is a type of blister that forms when subdermal tissues and blood vessels are damaged without piercing the skin. It consists of a pool of lymph, blood and other bodily fluids trapped beneath the skin. If punctured, it suppurates a dark red fluid.
It could have occured as a result of trauma caused by excessive or forceful sexual intercourse.
Trying to pop it will lead to secondary bacterial infection. You can apply antibiotic cream on the area till you meet with your doctor.
Also do not aggravate the blister area till it is completely healed.
