tight foreskin
Ok i'm 17 years old and i have a tight foreskin. The problem is if i pull the skin back really hard it will go over the head of the penis, but it get stuck behind the head. It is really painful when i try to pull it back over the head, and as a result it ends up tearing a little. I bought Betamethasone 0.01% cream online, and i don't really know how to apply it to the penis?, and how many times should i apply it a day?. Can someone please give me some advices that would really help me.

You should be able to stretch the foreskin, but please go slow otherwise it could result in small teares. This would result in scar tissue making the problem worse.
