tiny bumps on penis

hello

iv noticed many many bumps on my penis head, they have been there for quite a long time and only show up when im erect..it is noticeable though
i notice increased sensitivity on my penis

i have had tests for std's

nothing has been found
im guessing it might be some sort of yeast infection
as i have been on antibiotics for a while in the past

any input would be appreciated thank you

well i went to a urologist and my family doctor

i told them that it only shows up when erect

the urologist said "oh that's normal"

and my family doc told me "that's just what your skin is like"

they have not seen what it looks like erect or anything, im still unsure of what it may be..sometimes its there more than others...its just fairly odd

Hello,
Hpv can infect any part of penis, even penis head. Warts are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person. Exactly what it is can be confirmed only after examination and biopsy. So I suggest you to get a biopsy done from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

i got tested for all manner of std's, would a hpv test be included in that?
and also i heard that genital warts do not appear on the penis head (obviously you know more about this than i)

i am already on NAPRELAN for prostititis which is odd that i got it since im only 25 yrs old

im curious, say if it is hpv is there a cure of some sort?

Hello,
These tiny bumps can be due to Fordyce spots, folliculitis, cysts  or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
