tiny white bump on under my foreskin?

hi, i have ben worrying aout this problem for sometime now, i have had the small white bumpson the underside of my foreskin, they don't hurt or anything , so origanily i didn't think they were a problem, until recently i found more smaller one on the tip of the head... i really don't know what they are or if their a problem. any help would be gladly appreciated... also i don't know if i should post a photo or not because i don't know if their are any rules againts it ...

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis or cyst.
Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
