trigonitis

I have been diagnozed with trigonitis.  I am on my 3rd batch of antibiotics.  I seem to be urinating out a lot more than I am drinking.  
The urge of urinate is terribly painful, but it does not burn when I urinate.  I am getting very run down from not getting enough sleep.
