Hi,
Thanks for writing in. In some males the testicleTesticle lump Testicle pain Testicle ultrasound lies loosely in the tunica vaginalis due to which it can move freely and take transverseColles’ wrist fracture position. When in transverseColles’ wrist fracture position the veins engorge, arteries constrict and lead to ischemia and pain.
Transient torsion and detorsion of the testicle can lead to permanent damage of the testicle and also can have greater chances of complete torsion of the testicle.
I would suggest that you consult a urologist for physical examination and confirmation of diagnosis as well as advise on treatment.
Best.
