uncontrolled urine

i am a 23 year old. i have a problem that whenever i pass urine , after i finish droplets of urine come out of my penis for some time and it is uncontrollable. it has been persisting from past 8 years. i dont know what it is called. somebody please help me with what it is and how do i get rid of it

If it is just droplets, that is completely normal. Just remember to clear the chamber before holstering your sidearm. By that, I mean one or two shakes to get the residual urine out of your urethra.
