underdeveloped genitals

how is one to determine that they have underdeveloped genitals or they are just a little below normal size? and how common is this problem with males?

I was just writing a chapter on true manhood.
Bubba I had to stand up and give you a high five. I don't have the answer but for a man to have the answer is essential and central to his being. This is like the content of his character. For the answer will provide him with the knowledge of being whole from a fulfilled state. His portion,his true identity.
That is the answer every man needs. For how can treatment be successful if the outcome can never be defined in truth??? For anything but the truth is a deception.

Under Develped Genitals are:
-you look at yourself like a boy when naked
-your small to your being, disproportionate to your senses.
-have the appearance of withered, void of signs of flourishing, lifeless
-penis is more like a clitoris meaning there is no distal. Point of hanging down the distance from the point the penis connects to the body
-An end to the activity. can not function for the purpose, impotent, no errection, no sperm
-manifesting sickness or disease
Below Normal Means:
-conforming to the standard, usual, regular, natural creation
-i.e granny smith, macintosh, gal, red delicious apples are similiar in size and manifest completeness yet with variation of size, but otherwise o.k
- mental disorder, emotional or intelligence adjustments required.
*** IN SUMARY; If you are 4 feet tall you may be complete as a being including your genitals because you are not hostile against your person. You are smaller as a complete being but below normal to the average of men.
Yet if you are 4 feet tall and your being Is distressed and your genitals are disproportionate to your senses. And void of life- not mature or ripe then you are likely under developed.
I am underdeveloped. My being is in torment. It is not lust or wishful thinking. My person. My spirit. My senses are not in a state of desiring to have what is not mine. My being cries out because it is underdeveloped and never matured. My body as you well said- never caught up with the rest of me. My identity is in crisis. Not willingly or from vanity.
The blind man is blind and wants to see. Not the seeing man saw porn and wants to be something he is not.
This distinction as I said to you before is what every man needs. With your permission I would like to call this chapter. "The intelligent question asked in a meaningful manner by Bubba21"
