undetectable crystal clear discharge

Hi,
I have a complex situation as below.
On 3rd april, my frenulum of the penis torn out during unprotected sexual intercourse. After 4 days with high blood loss, it started healing well. But then I started noticing new symptom of a non-painful, non- burning, non-itchy, crystal clear, viscous discharge with minute quantity coming out of my urethral opening through out a day. My physician’s suggested tests including Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Urine analysis. Every test except herpes came out normal. I had cold sore long ago earlier to that and so herpes test came positive and physician told me that from the test result I don’t have any genital herpes. The discharge still persisted and so he prescribed me DOXYCYCLINE (14 pills, twice a day). I took all and that stopped the discharge and bring health to normal.
After a month, during unprotected intercourse, the same frenulum torn out again. But this time it was a not that major, hence started healing soon on 3rd day. However, I again started noticing the same (non-painful, non- burning, non-itchy, crystal clear, viscous) discharge with minute quantity coming out of my urethral opening through out a day. I didn't seek any treatment this time as I thought this discharge would subsidize as this may be because of physical damage but not because of any kind of infection. But even after a month, it didn’t stop. So, I had to see a doctor due to seek treatment. We again did Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Urine analysis with additional SWOB test. Everything came out normal. Doctor saw some mucus level elevated in urine result and suggested me that I may have some inflammation. To still help, He prescribed me FLAGYL (500 mg, 4 pills as one dose) and ERYTRHOMYCIN BASE ENTERIC (500 mg, 28 pills with four times a day for 7 days). I took them all time to time.
But the discharge hasn't subsidized. Infect, I have realized the quantity and frequency of same unusual discharge has increased but the nature of discharge (crystal clear, non-painful, non burning, non itchy, viscous) is not changed yet. I am seeing my undergarments with dried discharge spot on them.
Before the 2 injury incidents, I had several times unprotected sex with her earlier but never found such unusual discharge symptoms. Both the times due to injury, it started bleeding instantly and heavily inside her vagina. In these 4 months, I did HIV tests 2 times, which came out negative too (1st HIV test after 3rd day of injury, 2nd HIV test after 8 weeks). My partner is sexually active with others!
I also noticed the major area of penis glane (except urethral tip surrounding area) has been remaining dry and non itchy since the first injury. The area surrounding tips remains non dry because of unusual discharge. I never had a dryness problem before the injury. I don’t see blisters, ulcers on or inside penis.
Please suggest me why am I seeing the discharge problem? Why the glane skin is rremaining too dry now? Should I seeUROLOGIs

I would agree with a urology referral. You have been tested and treated for presumed STDs and urethritis. You can consider evaluating the prostate looking for possible infection. A prostatic massage (and sending off any fluid for culture and analysis) as well as a transrectal ultrasound can be considered for further evaluation.
If infection has been ruled out, a cystoscopy can be considered for a more detailed examination for possible anatomical abnormalities.
These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
