urethral scar tissue
With urethral scar tissue which has formed due to cobalt given for bladder tumor 40 years ago be helped by taking Flomax 0.4 mg. daily to help with urine flow?

Dear Izzy,
     Flomax is an alpha blocker that helps relax the smooth muscle of the prostate gland.  This medication has no effect on urethral scar or strictures.
