urethritis

11 days ago I was treated for urethritis (clear liquid when tip of penis is squeezed, pin prick feeling in the tip of the penis, and tenderness in the penis as well as scrotum) under the assumption for either Gonorrhea and/or Chlamydia with azithromycin 1g and cefixime 400mg, which only could have been contracted by unprotected Felacio received by a female.

All tests results (urine and swab) came back negative. Yet to this day symptoms persist. Yesterday I went back to the doctor who administered 1 gram Ceftriaxone diluted in lidocaine administered on the buttocks.  Approx 24hrs have passed, and symptoms still persist.  Can you please provide suggestions on what I should do next.  I'm quite distraught on what I should do next and why I'm getting negative results and why the treatments are not working.

Well some discharge will come out if you squeeze your penis... if you're having discharge on its own and your neg. for chlamydia and gono try testing for  Trick and NGU... if you only had unprotected oral then you weren't at risk for chlamydia but you were at risk for gono which you are neg for and trick and NGU. .
