urination simultaneous with ejaculation

This question was posted in another forum and did not recieve an adequate answer. My boyfriend experienced the EXACT situation very recently. Basically, a history of otherwise "normal" semen followed by what looked and felt like urine, however did not taste like it.
Right after i ejaculate from masturbation, i continued to stimulate myself and i realise that quite a substantial amount of urine flow out from my penis. I am unable to to do anything about it, the urine just keeps flowing out. I understand that men are not suppose to be able to urine when the penis is erected? I've heard of retrograde ejaculation, has that got anything to do with my problem? Please help, i am really worried. Thanks a million.
