urine leakage before ejaculation

I have about a teaspoon of urine that starts leaking out at approximately 2 to 3 seconds before ejaculation.   This has been going on for about two years.   I have a kidney stone history and take urocit daily and have had no problems for 3 to 4 years.
Besides being concerned about the urine leakage, I am also concerned about the very thin ejaculate, almost watery, but sometimes it has a little of the earlier consistency. I also have a prostate concern and have had three biopseis with no sign of cancer.   PSA is 5.2 presently and I have an appointment with my urologist tomorros.  My main  concern with this correspondance is the urine before ejaculation situation.

Prostate enlargement or disease can be considered.  This can be evaluated with a digital rectal exam, followed by a biopsy given the rising PSA level.  

Regarding the urinary leakage, a cystoscopy can be considered to evaluate the anatomy of the lower GU tract.  Various metabolic diseases can also be considered - including looking for diabetes, thyroid disorders or infection - all which may lead to incontinence.
