urine test

Hi,
I mentioned my report details for STD,
He told ,VDRL, HIV as Non reactive, and
urine and culture test:-
GRAM STAIN : 1-3 Pus cells and Occasional epithelial cells were seen
CULTURE : No significant growth in culture.
Microscopic Examination:-
pus cells/hpf : 1-3
epithelial cells/hpf : 0-2
RBCs/hpf : NIL
Casts : NIL
Crystals: Amorphous seen
Bacteria : Nil
Others : Nil
Chemical Examination:
Sugar :nil
protines :nil

He told me, based on the report, You don't have any problem about STD but i have irritation while urine out and frequent urine sensation, while urine sensation have pain in my bottom abs and in my foreskin of my **** has some bubbles.

have you plz expalin is any problem ?

Hi,
How are you? Do you have medical conditions such as diabetes?  I agree with your doctor that there is no problem with stds or urine infection. However, if there is symptoms such as you mentioned further evaluation may need to be done. This could be due to urethritis or other urologic issues. You may benefit from a referral to a urologist for proper diagnosis. Additional diagnostic tests may also be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
