urology and obstetrics

i am a 24 yr old woman who is 9 wks pregnant. i have been battling kidney stones for 12 yrs. presently, i am trying to pass a 6mm stone on my left (it is in the lower part of my ureter right above my hip) and on my right, at the top of my ureter i have a severe amount of scar tissue (from numerous surgeries). about 3 inches of my ureter (beginning at the kidney opening) is closing off. ive had it "ballooned" and a stent placed. and i have an infection that goes all the way up to the kidney. right now i am stent free (for now) but i am worried because i am in a lot of pain. (on both sides) it feels like the scarring might be trying to close my ureter. and the stone has been in the same place for 3 wks. i dont want to have to keep asking for pain meds because of the baby. they cant really do surgery because of the baby. i absolutely DO NOT want a stent (they never put in the right size and it ends up being excruciatingly painful. and i make stones too fast, so calcification happens almost immediately its like im stuck. my ob doctor is racking his brain trying to figure out what he can do (i cant even be hospitalized for very long because i have a 4 yr old and a 3 month old at home and a husband who works a lot. and my urologist is pretty much terrified of me. he wont help me while im pregnant. what can i do? are there any options for me? please help.
