Hi,

The urgency would be in line with a UTI kidney infection. Every time I had a UTI, I had the sensation to urinate which was not relieved by urination. The dribbling could be two things, it could be due to the infection or it could be due to problems with the prostate.

Not being able to eejcculate is something that does seem to differ from most infections.
I have only experienced after having had surgery on the bladderneck and prostate as well as having this after or around the time of a kidney infection. In the case of a kidney infection, I never had the desire to engage in any sexual activity and therefore had no need for ejeculation.

All the best.

Ron

What types of medication/drugs is he using?

What you're describing is what happened to me when I started abusing pain-medication. I'm not inferring that your husband is doing the same thing, just pointing out a possibility.

Could also be a UTI or bladder infection, although the ejaculation symptom is a bit odd and usually not part of either a UTI or a bladder infection (in my experience anyway).

Ask him if he's taking any medication.
