Hi there!

The report describes an irregularity of the inner lining of the bladder wall. This could occur with erosions, ulcers etc. Also the prostate gland appears to be enlarged. Further investigations may be required to determine the cause of the irregularity and prostatic enlargement. I would suggest discussing the situation in detail with your treating urologist.
