Hello,
Two possibilities that need urgent evaluation are gonorrhea and Chlamydia. The symptoms of gonorrhea in males include a yellowish discharge from the penis, which causes painful, frequent urination. But sometimes the may be no symptoms at all.Chlamydia also presents as cloudy penile discharge which may be smelling.I sincerely suggest you to consult a urologist and get a urine examination and culture swabs of the discharge done to confirm the diagnosis.Treatment is diagnosis specific.

Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
