varicocele vs testosterone

i am 25 and found i have the worm like tubes (varicocele) in my left testicle when i was 18, i was told it was no big deal after an ultra scan and let it be. im now expecting a child so im not infertile but i do have a low labido (very much so from my early teens) i never wake up with an erection and i only ejaculate about 10% of the time, also my erection can be weak sometimes. can varicocele cause depleted testosterone?( quiting smoking and drinking never made any differance, not that i did much of either.)

if you have low T then it has other reasons than a varicocele.
