I have had no pain lower back, no penile discharge, no dysuria nor night voiding. No blood on urinating no anytype of obstruction on voiding. However a low grade vibration in pulsing fashion occurs. While at rest can feel like a small vibration in the penis area. No fever present and feel healthy. Urine out put is normal and no flow rate abnormalities. I placed my self on tetracyclines and appeared to stop but returned. I am only taking statin drug and Ziac for blood pressure. Can you come up with sometype of answer.

Difficult to say without examination.

Infection continues to be a leading possibility despite the lack of other symptoms.  A urine test, urethral swab, or prostate exam/massage can be done.

Imaging the penis via a cystoscopy can be considered to exclude anatomical possibilities.

I would suggest a urology referral at this point.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
