I am 27 years old. I have weak erections and weak orgasms. I ejaculate withing a minute of becoming hard when i masturbate and prematurely during sex. The outflow is weak and not like before and very little semen. I can get hard almost immediately and the process repeats (get hard and ejaculate quickly - weak and unfruitful) My orgasms are not as satisfying as many years back. Where that one orgasm would take a long time and it satisfies you totally. This has been a problem for few years now.
I have tried Pc muscles exercises many times now and i believe they are pretty strong. (i can move my non erect penis flexing the muscles)
I never had this problem when i started having sex or masturbated, i actually took pride in myself and the way i went about it. It has really hampered my confidence. I am quite well equipped (9") healthy, hits the gym, eats right.
I really think there is a deeper problem than psychological.
What you seem to be having is premature ejaculation. The treatment of premature ejaculation is having a psychological session with the couple, stop-start or squeeze-pause techniques, desensitizing creams and SRRI(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) in severe cases. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
