what is my disease? and how to cure it?

good day.. im an 18 yrs old boy, whose having some problem in my sexual organ.. for almost 3yrs.. i didn't mind whatever my disease is... and now its turning a big problem to me.. as time passes i've noticed it has gotten worst.. i have some pimple like on the round neck of my glands(like the genital warts) and even on my scrotum, i have those pimple like.. and whenever i ejaculate my discharge is yellowish and there are some bits of gel like substance.. i didn't had any sexual intercourse, not even once.. but these things just poped out.. as it started with severe iching 3years ago... the iching is gone.. but i think those things that i've said is going to stay..

what do you think is my disease?? i there any cure on it?? is the curing of my disease is going to be expensive?? what should i do?? and what is the best way to cure it?? please reply on this... thanks a lot..

Hey I get that gell yellow stuff when I havnt ejacutlated for more than a week.  Also It is natural to have some little white lumps that go around the glans, i think they are called pearly white pearples or sumthing like that.

Well Jeps, it sounds to me as though you may be victim to Herpes. You say you are yet to have intercourse, however, it is very possible to get herpes from oral sex and, in some cases, kissing, if the partner was having an oral herpes outbreak at the time. Yet it seems to me that you very well may have genital herpes due to the fact that all of the symptoms seem to match up with the disease. There is no known cure for herpes; however, there are medications out their which decrease the number of outbreaks you have and how severe the outbreaks are. If it does happen to be herpes, it is something that you will have to grow to accept. Best advice: go to your local doctor.
