I would agree with a repeat test for STDs - including gonorrhea and chlamydia. This can be done via urethral swab or urine test. This would be a more common cause for your symptoms and can cause epididymitis or prostatitis.
The possibility of epididymitis can be evaluated via scrotal ultrasound. Prostatitis should be evaluated via a digital rectal exam. Prostatic fluid can be expressed, and sent for analysis and culture.
If the symptoms continue, I would suggest a referral to a urologist for further evaluation.
