which foods are high in uric acid- to reduce urine problems
Hi

So ive been having "white colored urine" & slow urine, on certain occasions, i checked with a doc & he's told me that i must reduce meaty foods & fruits that are high in uric acid

can someone pls guide me as to what these foods are that i should avoid?

Hello,

Foods rich in uric acid are rich in purines. According to the American Medical Association, purine-containing foods include beer, alcoholic beverages, anchovies, sardines in oil, fish roes, herring, yeast, organ meat (liver, kidneys, sweetbreads), legumes (dried beans, peas), meat extracts, consomme, gravies, mushrooms, spinach, asparagus and cauliflower. You should preferably avoid all of these.
