Yes....I have urine retention. I am fearful about what to do. I also have stones, and IC.....Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. How can I wake up my bladder. The damage was done by Dr's. Constant checks and caths into bladder. Being cathed is extremely painful for me. Now I can't sleep because my bladder always feel full. I can not drink any carbonated drinks, coffee, or alcohol. They all cause my bladder to freeze. HELP ! if you can
