Do i need to go for further testing

Hi,

Could you please answer my question. I had unprotected sex aged 23 to 25 hardly for 3 to 4mins with prostitute i had penitrated inside but not completed sex and no vanigal fluid or my sperm has discharged inside, when I removed my penis it is totally dry and immediately washed it with water. What is my risk?

I had first blood test after 63 days (9 th week) from my exposure. The report name is Serology report and the test results are HIV I & II Non-reactive.

I had Western Blot test (Including P24 antigen test) after 66days (9.3 weeks) and the result is Western Blot is negative for HIV I & II.

Had PCR DNA test on March 25th i.e. on 89th day (12.5th week) from the day of my exposure, it took five days to get my test result and the test results are Non-Detective.

Please advise ...do i need to go for any other tests becasue my right armpit lymph node feels swollen but it is not visible , fatigue sensation sometimes comes with joint pains in my fingers , ankles ,knees, . I feel from time to time a short lasting(5 seconds) pain in my biceps , legs , I also feel nausea after having some food and sweting around my neck.

Please advise.

Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our HIV forum in Spanish.  I will answer to your question first of all in English and then will translate it into Spanish.  We normally answer in English in the International UK forums.
First of all I would say that your sexual encounter posed a relatively low risk for HIV infection, around 0.1% (1 in 1,000) as an insertive unprotected vaginal intercourse, and that would be assuming that the lady was HIV positive.  Also after all the negative tests that you have had, we can conclude that you are definitely HIV negative as those test results are fully conclusive at those window periods.  Therefore your symptoms have absolutely nothing to do with HIV.  You do not need to do any further testing.
Best wishes,
