which show colour on cds & show venons flow on special analysis a vericocele seen in left testes s/o
(4) varicocele(left) size of vessels in pamphoniform   plexus=.27 to .35 cms ( normal lessthan or equal to .2 cms)

the vessel show flow reversal and augmentation on
left kidney- nad valsalva manoeure
(5) impression = varicocele left testicle
size of pamphniform plexus vien .27 to .35 cms (primary)

You have already told me that there was a varicocele on the left. Again I will tell you that the urologist that you have already seen is the specialist that takes care of these. They are typically ligated. I am not sure what else I can tell you.
