How? I do feel that sun exposure improves my mood better and more consistently then supplementation.
At the same time, i have been avoiding age spots, aging skin,, moles, ...
So i was thinking:
- how about i put my feet and lower legs in the sun on the balcony three times a week for an hour or so, but keep my body in the shade .... Would that help increase vit D, or does the area exposed have to be much larger?
Any scientific views on this?
