S.G.O.T-58,S.G.P.T-68
Hi....I recently had my blood tested. My S.G.O.T is 58(normal is 5-40) and S.G.P.T is 68(normal is 5-40)...I had jaundice about 2 yrs ago. Is it normal to have these S.G.O.T and S.G.P.T levels if you had jaundice earlier??

The question is why did you have jaundice before? Was there a problem with your liver? Do you have cirrhosis of the liver, or hepatitis? The liver enzymes alone can go up with taking too much Tylenol if you know you don't have  these other problems.
