quantitative drug testing
For drug testing, how do quantitative results work?
For example, if I'm at 0.369 ng/ml for any drug
And the test cutoff is 0ng/ml ,will the results read 0.369
Or just 0ng/ml?

It really depends on how sensitive the tests are and what exactly is being tested. Some tests are conducted based on cost and at times the quantitative side of things is compromised.
However, as a general rule anything above the cut off level will be indicated in the results. In instances where fine differences cannot be determined tests are usually either positive or negative. Tests ordered as quantitative are normally able to be determined as such and that includes small traces.
