I was diagnosed with Vit D deficiency about 8 wks ago. My level was 17. I began taking 50,000 UI a week after 6wks my level only raised 2 points but my Vit B12 was low (level187) So two weeks ago started weekly B12 shots. My questions are.....1. How might I have became deficient, I am outdoors at least 25 mins a day and have a well rounded diet. 2. How many dosages should it take before the pain is better?
