Vitamins - Can I take to many?

I have tried many multi-vitamins in the past and always find that something within them makes my stomach upset. Not sure if it is the iron or zinc but when i take the vitamins like B,C, D and Omegas I feel ok. I am 41 years old and I am currently taking:

- Omega 3's w/ Vitmain D - 3 to 4 times per week
- Vitamin C - 500mg daily
- B-100 Complex - 2 times per week
- Korean Gingseng - 55mg daily (to help with erections)
- Maca Root - 750mg daily (just started for same reason as above)

Also thinking of taking Ginko Boloba.  I also just started doing a scoop of some Greens+  in the morning. I hate having to take all the different types of vitamins so i would prefer less but nothing has worked in past. Is there any issues with taking all these different types of vitmains at these doses? I just want to feel more energy and concentration. Like many a very, very hectic schedule.

Thanks

Hormone-sensitive conditions such as breast cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, endometriosis, or uterine fibroids: Deer velvet might act like estrogen. If you have any condition that might be made worse by exposure to estrogen, don’t use deer velvet.

Have your doctor do a blood test to see if you're deficient in any vitamins or minerals. And have your thyroid checked.  Pristiq could also be some of the problem. 5 hours sleep NOT GOOD!!

I take a mild dose of Pristiq every second day for anxiety/anti-depressant.
Generally I feel good considering with my schedule I only average about 5 hours sleep per night. I just want to make sure I dont take to much of any one vitamin or a bad combination. I have heard that to  much vitamin B or D for example can be hard on the liver.

Are you on any medications?
Pain medications, tranquilizers, anti depressants, sleeping pills, and blood pressure drugs can all cause fatigue!  hypothyroidism can be a cause.
You should ask you doctor to check your TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone)
It's a blood test. If you do get the blood test I suggest having it done by an Endocrinologists!
