try vinegar and honey. there's a site that tells about all the benfits. just google honey and vinegar. also try a mega fish oil supplemnt. these have a lot of good benfits.
I am currently taking 10mg of Lexapro, but I also take the following vitamins on a daily basis:
Multivitamin
B-Complex
D3
Zinc
I was really struggling with fatigue for a while, and decided that if anything these would give me more energy. I am not sure that I think they have made a big impact on my anxiety, but I feel better in general, healthy. But I still struggle with anxiety everyday.
I just wanted to "update", vitamins for anxiety and depression have helped me more than Prozac ever did....it also has helped to cut out junk food and sugar! So please research it and try it! :)
"worse" as in less energy, more depressed/anxious.
I hate to say it but I think they help. I'm not one to believe in that sort of stuff but I think I do feel more on an even keel on a multi-vitamin.
If I miss my vitamins, I feel worse, so I was wondering if it was just "all in my head". I don't buy the most expensive multi-vitamin, but I also don't go with the cheapest. :)
I have found them to help. If for nothing else it seems to give me a bit more energy. But don't get into all the high priced supliments that are out there, just a good one-a-day will be fine.
